How Does Lavada Work?
It’s really easy. Just enter your preferred pickup & delivery time & date, indicate your preferred service or just simply Call the nearest branch or slide a message on our socials. Enter your Add any information regarding special and specific pickup and delivery instructions. then submit the order. That’s it – now go back to doing what you love.
What's The Turnaround Time?
Full-service has a 24-hour turnaround time, with an option for same day or overnight for an extra fee. Dry-clean, press, hand wash has a 72-96 hours turnaround time with an option for 24-36 hours, 48 hours rush for dry clean and hand wash.
What Locations Do You Service?
Our Lavada riders can pick-up your dirty laundry up to 10km from our Lavada branch to your preferred location for a minimal delivery fee. You can click our locations button for reference and play with the map box.
What Services Does Lavada Provide?
Self-Service – do it yourself laundry with a little assistance from our friendly Lavada crew!
Full-Service – clothing is washed and dried according to the care preference of the customer, then folded neatly in our Lavada bags.
Hand wash – clothing washed by hand and hung on hangers to be dried. You can also choose if you want it pressed or folded only.
Press – clothing are steam or iron pressed for a crisp & wrinkle-free look!

How Do I Pay?
The simplest way to pay is over the counter or cash on delivery upon receiving your fresh laundry. You can also purchase through the Lazada App for cashless transactions using your credit card. Through AUB Paymate you can now pay with Gcash, We-chat pay, Alipay.
How Does Lavada On Lazada Work?
As the first online laundry provoder in lazada, we sell digital vouchers in which upon buying the services you’ll instantly get a qr code, and that will serve as your proof of payment and it will be scanned by our staff when you go our call our store. With easy payments, cashless transactions, and discounted coupons we made Lavada more convenient for you.
